Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the CreatureDex: Animal Fusion mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. We have designed the App to require as little personal data as possible.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

The App stores the following data only on your device (in local storage / SQLite):

Your discovered creature list and fusion history
Your favourites, achievements, and daily-streak progress
Your in-game coin balance and game settings (sound on/off, theme)
A small local cache of creature images and videos to enable offline viewing

This data never leaves your phone and is removed when you uninstall the App or use the "Clear video cache" option inside the App.

2. Information We Request From Our Server

To show you the latest creatures, the App requests read-only public game content (animal list, creature catalogue, daily challenge) from our server at https://akapps.in/animal/api. These requests contain only the standard HTTPs information required to deliver a response (such as your device's IP address, handled transiently by the web server, and the API path requested). We do not associate this information with any user identity.

3. Permissions the App Requests

Internet — to fetch creature data, images, and videos from our server.
Notifications — to remind you about daily rewards and bonus-fusion availability. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
Exact alarms / Schedule exact alarm — used only to schedule local reminder notifications at the correct time. The App does not run background services.
Storage / Files — used only to cache downloaded creature images and videos for faster offline viewing. We do not read any other files on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK in this release. If we add advertising or analytics in a future version, this policy will be updated and the in-App version notice will reflect the new effective date.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected, the App is COPPA-friendly.

6. Data Security

All data created by your gameplay is stored locally on your device. Server requests are made over HTTPs to our public game-content API. No login or account is required to use the App, and no credentials are transmitted.

7. Data Deletion

Because we do not store any personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. To remove all data associated with your usage of the App, simply uninstall it from your device. This will remove all local progress and the cached media files.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
